DMCA Copyright Policy

MAHA Institute Inc. ("MAHA Institute," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website at MAHAInstitute.us (the "Site").

Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on or through the Site infringes one or more of your copyrights, please submit a notification of claimed infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent (identified below) with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has allegedly been infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works on the Site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the Site (e.g., by providing a URL or specific page reference).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Counter Notification Procedures

If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter notification with us by submitting a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, the District of Columbia), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.

If a valid counter notification is received, we may restore the removed material in accordance with the DMCA, unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on the Site.

Repeat Infringers

It is the policy of MAHA Institute to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. MAHA Institute may, in its sole discretion, limit access to the Site or terminate the access of any user who infringes any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
